Why I Started Fit-Your-Life
Fit-Your-Life came about after gaining experience in big-box gyms, and fitness studios. I knew that I could help people on my own terms, and not have to “sell” packages.
I created a studio at home, fully equipped and air conditioned. It is specifically designed for 1:1 or possibly 2:1 clientele. As it is totally private, and is not used by the general public, it gives clients confidence to work-out without being observed by others.
Everything is wiped down after use. There is no waiting in line to use a piece of equipment.
I will help you:

Assist you to set realistic goals
Teach you better eating habits

Holistic Nutrition Coaching
I believe fitness and good nutrition are for everyone I can reach people all over the world. As an empty nester myself, I know that I can really relate to the middle aged women, whose lives change dramatically when the children are all gone. Suddenly you are only cooking meals for two people, or perhaps even one. It took me a while to stop making these huge meals. What you had as a routine, now no longer exists. Basically you can now make your own rules, and therein lies your opportunity to make changes that will suit you individually, as opposed to making sure the family is taken care of first.
It doesn’t matter what you look like, where you’re coming from, or how far you think you have to go. I can make fitness and nutrition work for you. Not the other way around. So fitness and great nutrition becomes an easy and enjoyable part of your life, for the rest of your life.
