Why I Started Fit-Your-Life

Fit-Your-Life came about after gaining experience in big-box gyms, and fitness studios. I knew that I could help people on my own terms, and not have to “sell” packages. I love working one on one with clients, but not everyone wants to go to a gym. Gym’s can be very intimidating if you don’t know what you are doing. Before I qualified as a Fitness Professional, I felt completely overwhelmed by the gym, and the equipment, not knowing what to use.

I currently train clients in the privacy of their own homes, in their time, but I now also have the option of a workout space at my home, if clients don’t have equipment or space to workout.

I also do virtual training using Skype, FaceTime or Google. This is for those that have some equipment and have worked out before.

I will help you:

  • Assess your physical condition and track changes

  • Assist you to set realistic goals

  • Teach you better eating habits

  • Find motivation

  • Feel better

  • Improve your health

  • Learn proper strength training technique

  • Improve endurance

  • Gain muscle and lose fat

Holistic Nutrition Coaching

I believe fitness and good nutrition are for everyone I can reach people all over the world. As an empty nester myself, I know that I can really relate to the middle aged women, whose lives change dramatically when the children are all gone. Suddenly you are only cooking meals for two people, or perhaps even one. It took me a while to stop making these huge meals. What you had as a routine, now no longer exists. Basically you can now make your own rules, and therein lies your opportunity to make changes that will suit you individually, as opposed to making sure the family is taken care of first.

It doesn’t matter what you look like, where you’re coming from, or how far you think you have to go. I can make fitness and nutrition work for you. Not the other way around. So fitness and great nutrition becomes an easy and enjoyable part of your life, for the rest of your life.

Before COVID came into our lives, I was already training clients virtually using Skype or Face-time.  We have an initial consult and movement screening, to discuss your needs, wants and goals.  I create a workout plan for you and we meet whenever it’s suitable, using whatever equipment and space you have available.
